It is designed to be used either as a complete application or to serve as an access control subsystem, integrated into existing business processes or your own products. The OpenFoundation service provides a standards-based Web Service implementation using Microsoft’s WCF, and supports breakthrough user interface development with Microsoft WPF and Microsoft Silverlight.
