Our general retention periods are as follows:(i) **Active Customer and Account Data**: Retained for the duration of the business relationship plus three (3) years following the end of the relationship, to support warranty, service continuity, and contractual obligations; (ii) **Prospect and Marketing Data**: Retained until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion, or for three (3) years following your last interaction with AMT, whichever occurs first; (iii) **Website Analytics Data**: Retained in identifiable form for up to twenty-six (26) months, consistent with default analytics platform retention settings; (iv) **Sales and Transaction Records**: Retained for seven (7) years to comply with applicable tax and financial recordkeeping requirements; (v) **Support and Correspondence Records**: Retained for three (3) years following the last communication.When information is no longer needed for any applicable purpose, we will delete or anonymize it in a secure manner.## 8.
